COMMERCIAL CONCRETE / VENDOR READINESS
Show the operation behind the concrete bid.
Your estimator needs more than a photo gallery. Give commercial buyers a clear view of the concrete work you perform, the evidence behind it and the person responsible for the next conversation.
Run the Free Domain Scan ↗Separate the scopes you actually perform.
Commercial flatwork, foundations, structural concrete, site concrete and repair work carry different buyer questions. Publish only the services your team can substantiate. Describe self-performed work, subcontracted responsibilities and actual service areas instead of implying unlimited capacity.
Build a project record an estimator can use.
For each approved project, identify the building type, concrete scope, your role, completion period and photographs you have permission to publish. Add quantities, schedule achievements or technical details only when records support them. Do not turn an illustrative project into a client case study.
Give the bid team a controlled identity.
Use company-controlled estimating addresses and named administrators. Inventory the systems sending email before changing SPF, DKIM or DMARC. Review access when staff leave and confirm the buyer’s channel for plans, revisions and confidential qualification documents.
Keep public capability separate from private qualification.
A mobile capability page can carry trade scope, approved project evidence, contact information and verified credentials. Financial statements, W-9s and sensitive safety records should follow the buyer’s approved portal and access rules, not an unprotected public download.
Start with a usable evidence pack.
Bring your scope list, three approved project summaries, current contact details and the requirements from a real target buyer. We organize the public assets, identify missing evidence and agree on a build scope. Prequalification decisions remain with the buyer.
